CGE’s predictive maintenance solutions leverage IoT technology to monitor equipment health in real-time and predict potential issues before they occur. By analyzing data from sensors and equipment, our solutions enable businesses to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifespan.
CGE has developed brand independent hardware named “StaXx” that can communicate with any heatpump, boiler or climate control system in the market. Data can be collected via our own connectivity solution (4G) which functions standalone from the network of your customer. This data collection allows for predictive rather than reactive maintenance based on your own preset of triggers like e.g. vibration or temperature fluctuation. Except receiving information, the StaXx product line can also send commands to hardware, allowing for e.g. remote resetting or setting changes. This way you optimize settings on a large scale, and also connect the location to “smart” grid. This allows to manage energy infrastructure on location by connecting solarpanels and batteries to the rest of the grid. The CGE climate sensor can also be connected to the StaXx hardware for insights on air quality.
Predictive maintenance can be used in places where data is collected.
Multiple “Add-on’s” can be added to the StaXx module to connect everyting you need.
StaXx communicates with the following protocols:
Monitor equipment performance and health in real-time to identify potential issues.
Analyze data to predict maintenance needs and prevent costly breakdowns.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely to minimize downtime and disruption.
Reduce maintenance costs and extend asset lifespan with proactive maintenance strategies.
The StaXx product line can be connected to read out almost any sort of sensor. This means that for basically any market that would benefit from data as trigger points for maintenance could be connected to our system. Using the StaXx module to get the data from the device, you can use the dashboard to collect the data from any machine and create triggers based on the collected data. This is mostly something we do together with our partners, as we are the IoT specialist and our partners have the market expertise. The benefits from the right triggers allow for replacing components before machines actually break down saving cost and downtime. The markets we offer this solutions is quite broad and can vary from factory equipment, cooling installation or utility.
